Best Prime Rib Burger!
The Ashcroft Manor & Teahouse Restuarant has to be one of BC'c best kept secrets. Located at the site of the historic ashcroft roadhouse, a once stop over on the old cariboo wagon trail, now an oasis for travellers on the Trans Canada Highway where they can enjoy friendly service, an excellent meal with coffee, shop in the gift shop and visit the museum, or just enjoy the beautiful setting with views of majestic mountains from the desert valley. And speaking of Meals, I had the best prime-rib burger I've ever had at the Teahouse Restaurant. 10 out of 10!
