what a joke
What an unforgettable experience!!First off we register believing it has been prebooked & prepaid.( we knew it had been in June) We were told NO you are not registered, but you may have relatives here with the same last name. SO there we are in a dif spot, not with the family together side by side as was prepaid for. Took a walk that day (day 1) to hear Management running after 2 campers whom had pulled thier kodiak boats up to the dock, while returning to the campsite to grab something. She was yelling they had to pay her $10 right now..each of them or leave. Our family arrived a little late( past 10:30) quiet time, which I had let them know. Of course Grandkids were excited to see relatives and honestly no body was overly LOUD. The next morning Management shows up at our Site and is unbelievably rude. Tells us if we dont follow rules GET OUT. ( Did I mention he had SHREK with him as a Body Quard) We apolagized and he was still arrogant. We thought about leaving, but had paid twice and not asked for money back yet. So we decided to stay for 2 more days. Sat they kicked out a family for throwing a stick for the dog off the dock. Sun a family was kicked out for teenage kids jumping off the bridge into the lake.
The pole coming out of the ground for power and the water tap, was loose and every time kids walked by they jiggled it. When someone mentioned to management how unsafe it was, they shut off the power to that trailer. I have never experienced a campsite like this in all my camping years, and I have camped for 20 plus years. I have not ever experienced Hosts that treat quests with such hostility and rudeness. I would never recommend this Resort to anyone. Yes we did get back the over payment, but they were even rude about that!!!!!! This place is an absolute JOKE
