Whales and Eagles at your front door
Wow .That about sums it up.Yes it is wilderness camping.You need the gear (its not the Hilton) but its right on the water and if you are a camper you will be back every year.The logging road (about 8K ) seems to go on forever then you pull into the site and everything opens up to the ocean,next stop Japan.Hours of hiking,beachcombing,kyaking etc right at the doorstep.Watch Eagles catchdinner or a bear walking thru the site.So many different people from all over the world.We met Swiss,Germans and a lot of other Europeans there,See you back there next year
