We found this place by accident 3 years ago, and have been wintering here ever since. From the ladies at the front Kelly and Lynn to Bill the maintenance guy, we just LOVE this place!! Located on the ocean, river and it's own marina it has everything. Clean laundromat, washrooms and showers. Pavement for driving and walking on with plenty of hiking trails all around. This place is located in the middle of Campbell River and Courtenay and we will keep coming back!! Reasonable rates, cheapest place to do laundry in all of BC and Alberta!!
