Don't stay here
steer clear of this place if you're looking for a laid back place to meet with old buddies and hang out to chat over a few beers, we just visited this resort as a few old acquaintences were staying there (we too were from out of town but we stayed at a motel, the NEW HORIZON-which was excellent by the way!!!) anyway, the campground owners had the nerve to charge us $5 to come in and visit with friends??? Thats completely odd but not only that, at 11pm, regardless of the fact that we were not partying or being noisy the heavy handed security nazi's came by and told us, not asked us but TOLD us we were too all turn out the lights and go to bed, when we questioned this we were told thats the way it is etc and were met with some rather rude and certainly questionable coments by the 2 "security" guards. Bottom line, If you are an adult who likes to stay up past 11 and visit with friends then this place is not for you!!!
