Description of Strathcona Provincial Park- Ralph River Campground: Two campgrounds, Buttle Lake with 85 sites and Ralph River with 75 sites, give access to both the lake and trail systems exploring western Canada's first provincial park. New group campsite available at Buttle Lake. Buttle Lake is located on Hwy 28 W. from Campbell River. Ralph River located 25km S. on Buttle Lake Road.
The Ralph River campground is nowhere near Parsville BC. It is well over 150 kms to the north and the nearest city is Campbell River.
Located within Strathcona Provincial Park, it is situated between the cities of Campbell River to the northeast and Courtenay to the southeast.
