Description of Wright's Beach Camp RV Park: Wright's Beach Camp family campground is located at the south end of Penticton on Skaha Lake. Campground facilities include a private sandy beach with a roped off swimming area and dock, a quiet atmosphere, waterfront tenting sites, waterfront partial hook-up sites including 15 amp power and water. Also available at Wright's are beachfront full hook-up sites including 30 amp power, water, sewer and cable TV, a convenience store, clean washrooms with coin operated showers, many shady spots that can accommodate larger units, internet access, a picnic table at every site, and an arcade.
do not go here do not even consider it. the owner is going to ruin your holiday. this person is completely in the wrong business. he should be behind a desk not dealing with the public. this is your holiday, you can spend it at better places. do not go here
I found that about Banberry Campsite too. The woman in the office is really grumpy. She hates everyone and everything!
Wright's Beach Camp RV Park BC Canada
We stayed for a week in Aug 2009. This was the best week we had . The people were friendly and the campground was clean. I would reccomend this park to anyone.
We stayed at this park for 27 nights because our truck was disabled. I found the park owner to be very helpful and worked with us to help us through our dilemma. If you have to be stranded in Penticton for almost a month, it is a nice place to be. We found the park quiet with no loud noises to deal with at night--that was a selling point that we appreciated.
Do not come here the owner belongs at a correctional facility not a holiday campground. He will ruin your trip. He disrespected my girlfriend to the point she was in tears. Definitely a waste of time and money. I hope the owner chokes on his own tongue. :)
The owner is such a jackass. We were told to leave on two seperate occassions, both occassions settling to stay there because everywhere else was full. We were called partyers and boozers before we even stayed there because my boyfriends parents are apart of a softball tournament in summerland which just so happens to be a recovery tournament which means everyone on the 20+ teams are SOBER!!!! such a dickhead, GO TO SOUTHBEACH GARDENS!!!!
