Clean and Good price but no clock in room, very hard bed and thin scrawny pillow. Instant coffee in room and no hair dryer and only two towels. TV set up frustrating as well. Would not stay here again.

The heater in the room was not working properly. There is a small electric baseboard heater in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Checked in early morning. Room was frozen, had to sleep in my winter wear.Turned heat up and still had an ice room 4 hours later. Definately will not stay here again. In calling for reimbursement was informed that the heat IS working and they will not honour customer rights for not only meeting standards but taking responsibility in the discomfort of their customer.
